ActionSA Tshwane Cllr Mkhulu Thambolenyoka does an oversight visit of Mahlangu Informal Settlement in Centurion Ward 77, where a fire caused 200 shacks to burn down. The illegal dumping on this private property, that borders a wetland, has caused much frustration for residents nearby.
