For an adult bronchoscopist, dealing predominantly with lung infections - foreign body (FB) is rarely encountered. Pleasantly surprised to deal with 2 tricky FBs in a span of 2 days. A tooth and a 'spiky speed'!! Flexible FOB good enough in both cases.
