Finland ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ and Germany ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช organised a #NPTPrepCom side-event on Nuclear Risk Reduction in the framework of Creating an Environment for Nuclear Disarmament (CEND). NRR is not a substitute to nuclear disarmament, but increases trust and contributes to nuclear disarmament efforts.
