What a hellish experience trying to buy something from JB Hi-Fi for delivery by Toll Group has been. JB Hi-Fi send several emails with delivery date while Toll Group send a text on different day with no notice and you have to jump through 5 different hoops, still no parcel.

Have to end up tweeting JB Hi-Fi and Toll Group cos their online systems are just robots, so bad, don’t work on mobile and no one responds. Been staring at JB Hi-Fi chat window for 15 min no response. Can’t tab away cos otherwise it ends

I wonder how much money JB Hi-Fi loses because of returned orders not delivered to unhappy customers by Toll Group who is useless at communicating or scheduling or any kind of customer service and then still have to pay for the awful delivery service
