Started building my new SaaS. “Sun as a Service” ☀️ Seriously though, been on holiday 3 days and not missed my laptop. For someone who struggles to “switch off” I’m doing okay 👌

I hate long development cycles. They’re overwhelming, lead to demotivating and even worse burn out. When I’m back at my laptop I’m gonna focus in on micro deployments for everything I do. Ship fast. Ship often. Ship more.

Got back from holiday on Monday and still haven't wrote a single line of code. I'm always a little bit slower over the summer with kids being off school but can't work out if this is the back-end of a burnout. Back to the gym Monday then hoping to find my flow again.
