This week we were delighted to welcome our friends and colleagues at Change Stories to Belfast, to share and learn from each other about sustainable urban development at home and abroad.

On Tuesday our Afraa and Paige were part of the Change Stories Roundtable, chatting about the work of the Take Back the City campaign, where it’s come from, where it is, and where it’s going.

On Wednesday, Marissa took the visitors on a tour of North & South Belfast, including Girdwood, Mackie’s, and Forthspring Intercommunity Group. The evening followed with some music, food, and organising at Grow! 🌱

Thursday ended with a film screening (including a screening of our film with Anaka Women's Collective 'Home/Baile/مسكن'), and discussion at Queen's Film Theatre, looking at sustainable development in Belfast with Take Back the City and other local community organisations.
