Between Sept 21 & Sept 23, "households in the bottom quarter experienced inflation rates 5.6 %age points higher than the top quarter." So not only are households in the bottom quartile less able to absorb higher levels of inflation; they've also experienced much higher rates.

Please stop riding through red lights when pedestrians have the green man to cross the road. These crossings have rotating cones underneath the push button box to alert blind people when it’s safe to cross & it’s not safe when people ride through them on a red light at any speed.
