Marcellus Williams is scheduled to be executed in Missouri tonight despite questions surrounding the evidence in his case. The prosecutor and the victim's family have asked for his sentence to be commuted to life in prison. That decision is now up to Governor Parson.

Gov Parson commuted the sentence of Andy Reid’s son after a DUI crash that left a 5-year old child with a brain injury. But granting clemency to a black man on death row in an election year was a bridge too far. Abhorrent.
