One of our core goals is to increase exposure to arts education and creative experiences. We recently connected one of our Michele Clark Academic Prep High School Fashion Incubator students with the JFG team for a hands-on experience on the set of his “Beneath The Surface”campaign photoshoot

We hope to continue providing mentorship and creative-led workshop opportunities to youth in Chicago. Immersive experiences like these help open the possibilities of career paths and opportunities in the creative world.

Following the success of last year’s Open Goods Market, we are excited to announce the launch of our latest project, the Creative Community Co-Lab, in partnership with the @nhlblackhawks and @sudermontessoricps.

This new space, designed by our founder @joefreshgoods, is a creative hub where students from 4th to 8th grade can explore art, fashion, and leadership through hands-on workshops and after-school programs.

With support from the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation, students will also take part in the 11-week LEAD initiative, helping them develop critical leadership skills.

Students can earn points from good grades, kindness, and leadership, redeemable for school supplies, sneakers, and curated experiences.

We’re honored to continue expanding our reach within our West Side community and look forward to seeing the students of Suder Montessori thrive!
