Hello California

Off to Twitchcon Day 1! Anyone there that recognizes me please come up and say hello or yell at me, I don't bite (I've also got no clue what I'm doing or where I'm going so I'll probably be lost when you see me)

It took all my willpower not to blow all of my money on the things these guys had at their booth

Artist Alley is gonna bankrupt me, send help

I've sat myself outside some of the convention rooms so I don't wander back to Artist Alley. I should've made sure I came here with somebody so they can tell me no 😅

Intrusive thoughts are telling me to run full speed into this thing and see if I bounce off

Day 1 in the books. It was fun (albeit exhausting), but I got to meet several friends for the first time, which made my day

Certainly feels like fewer people today than yesterday

This is my outfit for the day, so I'm easier to spot (I was very tired when I took this, ignore that)

I lied

Seems a lot of my day is going to be spent upstairs this time

Community meet upstairs, great in theory! I'm not good at talking to new people though 😅

Day 2 was fun but my social battery bottomed out and I started feeling nauseous with a headache at the end. I definitely missed some good opportunities to meet new people and make connections

Day 3! Gonna try and not die this time

Twitchcon Day 3 done. It was fun, I learned a lot, met some amazing people, and spent probably too much money 😅 Hopefully I can make it back again next year

My only regret is not dishing out more business cards and trying to make more connections. Improvements for next Twitchcon

In-N-Out honestly lives up to the hype for me! Not *super* crazy about the cheese in the animal style fries, but their sauce I'd put up there with Cane's sauce!

Btw, I spent a good chunk of Twitchcon going to panels to learn from partners and Twitch staff about how to be better at this. If anyone wants a copy of my notes feel free to ask and I'll share with the class! 2 1/2 notes app pages worth, hopefully all makes sense 😅
