For Constitution Day, Cathy McBride’s 7th-graders at Derby North Middle discussed the significance of the Amendments, the Constitution's impact on our lives & civic responsibility. In teams, they took a quiz & the winners got a reward of “great power” - a mini copy of the Constitution.

For Constitution Day, third-graders participated in a statewide virtual mock trial with over 13,000 students across Kansas, learning about the Constitution & the three branches of government.
