No primary education researchers on the panel. I'm also worried about this from the ToR: "The Review will work backwards through young people's educational journey, commencing with ... Key Stages 4 and 5, and then working backwards through the earlier Key Stages"

Other more successful education systems have approached curriculum review differently. True engagement and buy-in to curriculum can ultimately be realised through giving teachers and students more agency in their curriculum. Will the new curriculum do this I wonder?
