EWEI participated in the Men Engage Nigeria Steering Committee Face-to-Face meeting held in Lagos Nigeria. During the session, Steering Committee members from both the parent and youth networks conducted a comprehensive review of the MenEngage Nigeria activities implemented in year 5

, including a low-cost extension. The meeting provided a platform to critically assess the project implementation in the Nigeria network, examining successes, challenges, and outlining plans for future activities with a focus on 2024.

Additionally, Steering Committee members had the opportunity to thoroughly examine the MenEngage Africa strategic plan for 2024–2027. Members were able to digest and discuss the strategic plan during the meeting.

For the Men Engage Nigeria Network, 2024 holds significant promise for all organization members, making the timely face-to-face meeting crucial in setting the groundwork for the upcoming year. Special thanks to SONKE Gender Justice Justice for their invaluable support.
