Thrilled to announce our team's FAA All-League recipients! These players aren't just the reason for our success this season – they're the reason I coach. Every minute spent with them is a joy and they've truly raised the bar at Sacred Heart. Grateful to have them in our program💚

Spring break was restorative. Everyone is back on campus. It's time to take a final look at the numbers which led to our historic season at Sacred Heart. I miss this squad! 8 of our 13 players are now enjoying their spring sport outdoors on the lax field or track. 💚

Huge congrats to Madison Hart voted Class A Defensive POY for the 2nd season! Anyone who has ever played for me or against me knows defense is paramount in everything we do. Madison's relentless defense anchored our team. We look forward to seeing that same fire at @babsonwhoops

Payton Sfreddo was unstoppable for us shattering scoring records this season! She set new highs for points scored in a game (38), a season (471), and became the highest scorer of all time (1,577) Her ability to dominate from deep and finish with power and finesse will be missed!

Congrats to SH Greenwich Sports for winning the title in the Prep Cup over the weekend hosted by Dexter Southfield Athletics Eight of the top girls prep teams in New England gathered, with Sacred Heart defeating Exeter Athletics 9-4 in this afternoon's final
