Edmund Barnett-Ward One of the most chilling things is that Headrest wrote to Ofsted in 2021 warning that there could be serious impact on headteachers' mental health and possibly a fatality. Regrettably, they didn't listen then - they really do need to listen now.

A wonderful, insightful and accurate blog - thank you so much Headrest. I so hope Ofsted take heed of your experience, knowledge and advice. You speak for so many of us who have suffered from horrific injustices and behaviour from Ofsted inspectors recently.
