Today is the first day for IPS-24 in Hiroshima. I attended the reception, chatting with my old friends and colleagues. Finally, I socialized with local people at Hiroshima-styled Okonomiyaki restaurant!

I enjoyed an eccentric Kyoto-style white-miso motsu-nabe and ice cream with students, cozy local seafood with the “Dynamic Exciton” project members, and the annual photochemistry meeting in Hakata!

An annual group trip has just been restarted after COVID. We enjoyed Kinosaki with onsen-hopping and local beers and Tango-peninsula with beautiful beaches like Kotobiki-Hama!
