I raised the possibility that Henderson might delay before the hearing. BUT, I don't rule out that judges are still trying to sort this out. The ruling THAT Trump doesn't have immunity is easy. But there are 3 subdecisions (jurisdiction, big v Blassingame, posture) that aren't.
