Finished the book. Another excellent entry into the Series. I will say again I really hope this series gets turned into a movie series, it’s really excellently written and would fit a visual medium. Overall, 9 out of 10.

My friend Jonathan Koan and I recently did a ranking of The New Jedi Order, which is now up on my YouTube channel. This was a lot of fun to make! We had some similar placements in addition to some very different ones, which made for a fun discussion Link below in the thread

If reviewing a movie is both a midlife crisis and also a villain origin story, boy do we need a superhero because there are a ton of villains out there. 😂 I actually thought Jeremy Johns did a good job with his review.

Was teaching in my history class today about Romulus, Remus, Consuls, etc and made a reference to Star Trek…and none of my students understood it…or had watched Star Trek. 😢

Jeremy Jahns is a film critic & he reviewed a wide release film. That shouldn't be controversial. In this case it is because of the creator & subject matter. Reviewing a movie, even positively, is not an endorsement of the views presented in the film or of its creator.

Finished the book. A good entry into the series. And I really liked the banter between McCoy and Uhura, as well as the character of Zetha. Sisko felt kind of out of place though. Overall, 7 out of 10.
