Incredible work by Akaash Kumar, James Manton, DeriveryLab and many others. Their modular multispectral imaging concept allows to record simultaneously up to 8 channels at high frame rates. We're happy that our SPY probes could complement the FP based multi-organelle tagging!

Here's an interesting preprint that probes a mechanism of H2O2-mediated axonal microtubule reorganization: biorxiv.org/content/10.110… I like their approach of using a "subtoxic" peroxide concentration to tease this out. *more articles here: biomed.news/bims-axbals

Came across this useful screen of various p62/SQSTM1 antibodies for WB, IP, and ICC: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P… These projects often go underappreciated but end up playing a large role in guiding research groups when designing new assays.
