Little update from the Tic Tac. The swell has eased up a a little this afternoon and shifted more to the North, so it’s actually been pretty good rowing conditions …. If you like the odd smack in the chins. I’ve been rowing pretty much since day break and made some hot food …

We are absolutely heartbroken to have heard the news of the death of Alisdair Putt, the skipper of Aussie Old Salts. From Liz’s entire support our hearts go out to his crew, his family and friends and the WTR team. The crew are now safely aboard a vessel and are heading to land

A little update on Atlantic recovery and Pacific Prep…

Getting back in the ‘rowing vibe’…This was the last sunset at sea of my solo Atlantic row, the night before I experienced a capsize, the 24 hours prior I managed a 100nm run. I watch these clips with butterflies, and realise I’m the nutter in them. Crazy times, and more to come!

A little update from our sunny UK training camp ….

We got out for a row today. Made the most of a small window in the weather.

Training is going well despite the weather. Soon to be qualified for the Pacific. 1 hurdle down, more to jump over. We are still in need of financial backing if you want to join us. Or if you would like to ‘buy us a few coffees’, please find the link in my bio
