Day #1 of 4-day heat wave "underperformed". It's the time of year (end of warm season) where we need easterly breezes to really max out temps. PDX only hit 91; models were going 94-98. East wind surfaces tomorrow = 100° in parts of metro area. A real scorcher on the way Thurs/Fri
