Work in Progress// We're excited to see Cooper’s Corner is about to begin on site. An existing house on the site will be dismantled and the timber frame re-used in construction. It'll be built to net zero carbon in construction & use,& achieve Passive House Plus certification.

Mole worked w/ celebrated architect Peter Salter in the construction of these extraordinary houses. Walmer Yard forms a discreet set of 4 houses totalling over 9,000 sq. ft set around a courtyard & are the result of a decade of learning, thought & inspiration. 📸 Hélène Binet

We recently visited the fantastic Darwin College Library, Cambridge by Jeremy Dixon & Edward Jones. The building is a great inspiration; from its exposed green oak frame, natural ventilation & use of solar gain & shading as an integral part of the design. #cambridgearchitecture

We recently received the good news that our project for 16 new low-energy almshouses in Cambridge centre received planning approval 🎉 The design centres around a shared courtyard to encourage a sense of community & avoid loneliness, one of the factors reducing life expectancy.
