@Rkellyphotos ok, you should be able to sign in the software now, once logged in, click your name at the top right and choose my account

@Rkellyphotos then click Subscription Plan at the top, and choose Activate Subscription Card

@Rkellyphotos try activating your card here: activate.neat.com once activated try launching the Neat software again to sign in

@SchemaCzar the software only manages receipt totals, you could duplicate items to keep track of line items manually ow.ly/XvFEu

@SchemaCzar Neat will attempt to pull of data such as vendor, total amount, receipt date, category and tax. It does not read line items.
