All lifeguarded beaches are open today and this holiday weekend! Many coastal recreational bathing beaches will close for the season on Tues, Sept 3. Sampling will be done on Tuesday with results available Wednesday for all beaches that continue to be open after Labor Day.

All lifeguarded beaches are open today. Water quality samples were collected from 165 coastal recreational bathing beaches this morning and results will be available tomorrow. 52 beaches have closed for the season and no longer require weekly monitoring.
