A recent Yale study is among the first to show a causal link between lingering COVID-19 symptoms and the chronic triggering of a harmful immune response, a finding that could help lead to better diagnostics and treatments. Yale School of Medicine #Yale medicine.yale.edu/news-article/n…

What does an extra ~2-2.5 eACH cost for a classroom? This year it was $30 for air filters and $3 in⚡️, for a whopping $1.43 per kid per year!!! Took 7 hours to do 23 rooms. This ain't rocket science. Not a paid endorsement, no connection to brand but 0/23 failures in 3 years🤷‍♀️

Of late, I often wonder, if I am still capable of love despite how this pandemic has made me lose faith in so many of those I once loved, but then I catch a glimpse of my masked reflection and I remind myself what is protecting others if not proof that you are capable of love.

Here in England we were slightly ahead of the massive wave of Covid infections that has hit the USA. So we're already into the post-infection effects. And from the situations I have encountered this week, there's a glut of them with this wave. 🧵

As we face the post-antibiotic age, a future pandemic up to 20 times worse than Covid, and an increasingly corrupt corporate political structure, maybe plants can help protect us from disease. Does This Stuff Even Work? Yeah, Looks Like It Does. okdoomer.io/does-this-stuf…

Today seems like a good day to remind people that Americans have had the equivalent of 523 9/11s from covid, and that is just the official count without connecting any dots on random cardiac events, post-viral diseases, etc. months or years after infection.

I got my Novavax Covid vaccine yesterday and I feel 100% fine today. The mRNA vaccines usually make me feel like garbage the next day. You can find it now at most locations of CVS, RiteAid, Kroger, Costco and by next week it should be at Walgreens and Walmart.

A reminder that people are still dying of COVID. Many high risk people still can’t access the world after four and a half years without fear of becoming more disabled. I think a lot of this has to do with visibility. Just because you can’t see COVID doesn’t mean it’s gone.

Great news: The FDA has approved a nasal spray influenza vaccine that can be self administered. It is the first influenza vaccine does not need to be administered by a health care provider. Having more accessible options like this is much needed to improve vaccination rates.
