This is #Herefordshire in a song. We wonder how many times this has been whistled along footpaths during our festival this week? Perfect!

It was so lovely to see and catch up with Phil Rickman, Carol, Tom, Ann and Ted today in #Hereford Waterstones. Its been a long time. Got my book signed too.

Last week was our 5 day Yorkshire Experience. We stayed at the Old Swan Hotel #Harrogate and visited Wentworth Woodhouse Harewood House Trust Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal, National Trust Salts Mill Ripon Cathedral We enjoyed Free Walking Tour Harrogate, Fish & Chip supper Skipton Boat Trips Skipton & a #Yorkshire hamper in the rooms.

#MementoMoriMonday St Mary, King's Pyon : Plain tablet in the chancel to Sarah and Benjamin Tomkins. Tomkins was the man who, in the fields at Black Hall by the church, did most to develop Hereford cattle and to transform a local specialism into an international breed.
