t was great seeing my longtime friend and Mattanawcook Academy classmate Ron McComb at the University of Maine on Friday. Ron and I have known each other beginning in third grade. I enjoyed catching up with him and watching the second half of the UMaine/Colgate game.

David Utterback has done a wonderful job in leading an initiative to upgrade Heddericg Field, the main outdoor competition facility at Brewer High School. This multipurpose on-campus facility is magnificent and represented a true community effort. Great work, Dave!
