Figeno is a comprehensive tool for visualizing genomic data. Check out this Twitter thread, the publication in OUP Bioinformatics, and the tool itself. Amazing work by Etienne Sollier.
📢Our lab at the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC) is looking for candidates for the competitive PhD INPhINIT incoming fellowship from La Caixa Foundation. We work on the application of #singlecell genomics and ML to improve cell-based immunotherapy in Myeloma and others B-cell neoplasms. Plz RT!🔁
Happening soon at #ISSCR2024 Join us in Hall Z at 9 AM as Indranil presents groundbreaking research with Michael Scherer on using single-cell methylation to study dynamics and trace clones in hematopoiesis. Don't miss it! ISSCR Lars Velten Alejo Rodriguez-Fraticelli, PhD Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) IRB Barcelona
Take the chance to listen to Indranil Singh talking about our preprint doi.org/10.1101/2024.0… on EPI-clone at #ISSCR2024. It will be worth it, Indra is an amazing speaker!
Spread the word and join us for an exciting symposium on algorithms and analysis strategies for #multimodal data integration in medicine on the 16.10. in Frankfurt. Abstract Submission until 30.8.2024! #AI #ML hessian.AI DKFZ Goethe-Universität CPI mopred.uni-frankfurt.de/events/symposi…
I cannot recommend this job offer high enough. Working together with a great mentor Lars Velten in an international top-institute Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in a stunning building right in front of the Mediterranean Biomedicina BCN. And then there is the city of Barcelona and this project ;)
Still remembering the first time I heard about this project from my former Lars Velten lab. Amazing work on synthetic enhancers by Robert Frömel et al.
Excellent work by my wonderful colleagues Robert Frömel, Julia Anna Ruehle, Chelsea and Aina on synthetic enhancer activity in different hematopoietic cell states. Be sure to check it out!
Shoutout to my fantastic PhD colleague Robert Frömel for his work on screening thousands of synthetic enhancers in differentiating primary cells. Glad to be part of it 😊
Excited to share my PhD work in the lab of Lars Velten Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG). We screened the activity of synthetic enhancers throughout myeloid differentiation. Combinations of activating TFs frequently neutralized each other or gained repression twtr.to/wiWIZ (1/n)
It is challenging to study the ability of transcription factors to engage their motifs in the cell. We tried to address this in our new study together with Marco (Marco Pregnolato), Schübeler Lab, and FMI science: cell.com/molecular-cell…
Interested in spatial transcriptomics? Join us Nov. 5-6 in Copenhagen for bridging disciplines at our *free* symposium. We have a great line-up of speakers such as Saez-Rodriguez Group Lars Velten Systems Immunology Lab Maria Colomé Tatché Uwe Ohler Register+submit an abstract: event.sdu.dk/mopitas-semina…
