Construction of I496 displaced >2000 in Lansing—nearly all of them Black—and left the community divided. With assistance from @bloombergdotorg & the Local Infrastructure Hub, the city is now applying for funds through the Biden/Harris Admin.'s Reconnecting Communities program.
