It took Notion adding a feature to customise the sidebar to make realise I quite like how the sidebar is organised 😅

Looking at some of the first Notion systems I built

The simplest automations can be the most effective. This one adds anyone who puts in a discovery call with me to my leads database and adds the meeting to my meetings database. It then drafts an email with my standard pre-discovery questions to review and send.

At first, I wasn't sure what the benefit of the 'Summary' AI property on Notion would be in practice. Starting to see now how useful it is for new joiners or people switching to Notion from a different tool. It's also a helpful way to verify that a page makes high-level sense.
