It was a pleasure to open the The Music Summer School and Festival festival and summer school at Gresham's School last night with our programme inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy! Vocal ensemble classes begin today at 11am with more music inspired by his pilgrimage from hell to heaven.

We’re having a great time at The Music Summer School and Festival Gresham’s School, leading courses on small ensemble signing, & music from the English Restoration. The final concert of week 1 is Bach St John Passion, conducted by our very own Andrew Griffiths & feat. soloists from Stile - don’t miss it!

Time to wend our way home after a great week at The Music Summer School and Festival, finished off in style with a great John Passion last night! Thanks to all the wonderful participants for their singing and playing. We had time for one more croquet match before heading to bed…!
