Just had an incredibly stressful 24 hours involving a smoke alarm but thanks to the actions of Selby Fire Station, all is sorted and I can now suffer with my fibromyalgia as I was climbing my counter in the kitchen to get to my alarm like I was Spiderman. Note to self.. I'm not.

Six years ago today, I was nominated for a MESTAR award at the Yorkshire Mesmac awards in Leeds and I came runner up! One of my proudest moments and I'll always have fond memories of volunteering for yorkshire mesmac 💜 (Photo of me also from 6 years ago)
