expanding copyright law and legal precedent is almost always bad and will always mostly hurt small artists and benefit mega corporations. copyright is an inherently flawed system that does very little to protect individual artists and a lot to protect rich "rights holders".

If you think that this is only going to target books that you view to be "actually harmful/problematic" then you're incredibly naive. This is going to be used target any and all books by lgbt+ authors and with lgbt+ characters, even the ones you view as "safe" and "acceptable."
