We know heritage reuse can support our housing goals, but complex projects require collaborative approaches. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner @TWBPT Newcastle City Council Historic England to help secure iconic Keelmen’s Hospital and provide much-needed homes. bit.ly/KeelmensHos

Chandler’s House, Rathfriland (located on the site of a candle and soap making factory) is one of 4 Village Catalyst pilot projects and an AHF loan recipient. A great mixed-use (housing and arts) venture, led by Rathfriland and District Regeneration Co., invigorating the square.

What a coup to have Gracehill Moravian village - NI’s first conservation area - recognised on this global platform. Bravo Gracehill Village! A community-led approach has been vital to animate its historic assets and The Architectural Heritage Fund is proud to have supported reuse of the School and P.O.

Pleased The Architectural Heritage Fund is sponsoring this Summer School led by CathedralQuarterTrust focused on the birthplace of Belfast. The Cathedral Conservation Area is home to a host of empty, deteriorating historic buildings. AHF’s viability grants can help test ideas for their creative reuse.
