I had the pleasure of meeting senior staff and some directors of Lake Basin Development Authority and local Kisumu East Constituency Administrators consisting of the DCC, ACC and Chiefs at the newly unveiled Kibos Rice Mill offices. Later, I toured the Lake Basin Mall for a familiarization tour.
