Did all editors lower their standards and worth?

Haven't properly looked into freelance jobs in a long time. But every job posted I see now is high work standard and stupidly low pay...

i don't get why some creators don't credit their editors in the description

if you cant pay your editors minimum fucking wage then EDIT YOUR OWN FUCKING VIDEOS.

i cannot stress this enough.

i don’t understand how creators, regardless of their size, are getting away with paying editors less than minimum wage. i don’t care if you have 50 subscribers or 50 million, you should be paying your editors at LEAST minimum wage and if you can’t afford that, edit your own vids.

dear editors,

regardless of whether you’re just starting out or if you’ve been editing for clients for a while. please make sure you are *AT LEAST* charging your country’s minimum wage per hour.

do not accept jobs under minimum wage PLEASE, its literally exploitation.
