This week we attended the ASIST two day workshop learning Suicide first-aid and how to make appropriate and timely interventions to those in need - delivered by our name sakes!

Fantastic course and very grateful to ASIST for their superb delivery.

Advocacy means taking account of what the victim’s needs are and working towards meeting those; the provision of information to enable the person to make their own decisions and to explore their options.

We presented views & voices of those we support, our own expertise & lived experiences in an incredibly powerful testimony.
