Views from this weekend’s spacewalk with Victor Glover where we completed tasks to upgrade the International Space Station's cooling system and communications gear…aka more WiFi in space!
Here are some long exposures of the International Space Station flying going over University of Notre Dame's campus this past week and weekend. Looking forward to speaking with you guys today! Watch live at 3:55 p.m. ET: go.nd.edu/space.
Stop and smell the flowers! Checking in on the Pak Choi that I've been growing on International Space Station. This is part of Veggie - an experiment studying crop production in microgravity that could help astronauts become more self-sufficient on long-duration missions to the Moon or Mars.
Successfully relocated the penthouse suite of International Space Station yesterday! Resilience is viewing the world from a new perspective.
Stunning. I don’t know how else to describe the nighttime views from the eyes of spaceship Resilience, located at her new home on “top” of International Space Station.
I didn’t think the views could get any better, then my crewmate NOGUCHI, Soichi 野口 聡一(公式) took this night timelapse from Resilience and I was blown away.
Resilience welcomed her sibling Endeavor to the International Space Station. Perfect docking and great to have 11 crew members on board. Welcome, Crew 2!
Research Crew-1 conducted aboard the International Space Station could help develop better fire safety codes, grow plants on future long-duration space missions, better understand muscle loss, develop new disease treatments, and more! go.nasa.gov/3aoWxGn
Coming home soon! It’s been a great mission with great teams both on the ground and on International Space Station. Here are some of my favorite memories from the past 6 and a half months on-orbit…
Said goodbye to our crewmates and the International Space Station. Time to buckle up for our ride back home. Go Crew-1!
Ed Gibson’s suit from Skylab 4 at the NASA experience Chabot Space & Science Center. Crew 1 had a chance to talk with Ed on our recent mission to ISS.
