This 1975 photo shows the Aurora Mall (now Town Center at Aurora) shortly after it was built. The mall was located on a new I-225 highway, connecting it to the rest of the Denver metro area. Growing up, which shop did you spend the most money in? #AuroraHistory

August is Colorado's African Immigrant month! Askkanwii will be showing 4 films that highlight different groups of the African diaspora. The museum hosted a screening of the Askkanwii film, Evalo, a few months ago and everyone really enjoyed it. See you there!
