We have been asking Gannett for mediation for so long now? Austin Statesman journalists want to mediate to give both parties the best chance to reach a successful contract. But Gannett has so far refused. #solidarity

We’ve been inviting Gannett to mediation for fifteen days straight. We already have the mediator. We already have the dates. All they need to do is agree. Why don’t you want a final, fair contract good for both sides, Gannett ?
