Thank you to everyone who came along to the AVR relay today. It was a hot one but thoroughly enjoyed by all. 💛💚

AVR were representing at the Cotswold Relay yesterday - 103 miles over 10 stages through the beautiful countryside from Chipping Campden to Bath. We're waiting for the official results but meanwhile, a huge thank you to Gary MacAlister for organising the teams this year. 🙏

AVR had great success at the Frome Festival of Running today. 🏃🏻Oscar ran the half marathon in a blistering time of 1:19:44. 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️Debbie ran the 10k in 55:02 and was 1st over 60. 🏃‍♀️Rosemary ran the 5k in 29:40 and was 1st over 70. Great Results! 💛💚 📸 by Rosemary Barber
