According to 5S Foundation research participants with #mycetoma in Sudan: 'Some diseases are 'hot', some are 'cold' (like #ntds). In times of crisis, cold diseases are first to be forgotten. This, I feel, is the role #ntds advocates: to keep cold diseases warm. No one else will.
