Today @phlcouncil took two significant actions related to Vision Zero and traffic safety. ✅ I introduced a resolution authorizing Legislative Oversight committee to have hearings on progress towards Vision Zero goals and plan for the future.

✅ Council President Kenyatta Johnson introduced a crucial bill to ban parking & stopping in bike lanes city wide. I’m grateful for his leadership on this initiative. I was proud to Cosponsor this legislation and look forward to its passage.
