BREAKING: An NLRB judge has paved the way for 280,000 Amazon drivers to unionize. The judge found that Amazon is a joint employer of these thousands of delivery drivers. That means the company must recognize and bargain with their workers, who are likely to join the Teamsters.

The UAW could strike Stellantis plants as soon as mid-October. The union says the automaker, which owns Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler and more, isn't honoring the deal struck in 2023. Most notably Stellantis is delaying the reopening of the Belvidere Assembly Plant in Illinois.
