So you can drink alcohol in the pub. Get smashed inside the pub. But you can’t smoke outside the pub. YAY! Thank you government! Tackling the most important issues as per! 🤦‍♂️.

This is what it looks like just over an hour after getting blown up by a bomb. Im High but also know that it’s over. Everything I’d worked for since school, over! Just like that. Nightmare

One last challenge for me. My energy needs to be spent on my young boys. 26 mile run, or 26 mile yomp. Which one should I do and for what charity?
