I asserted this would be the case a couple weeks ago. Now it's been confirmed. The province could have contributed less than $800M to get the entire first leg of phase 1 done, bringing the provincial gvmt contribution to still less than the >$2.1B spend to get ZERO kms. #yyccc

Very nice to see new pavement on the worst stretch of the canal pathway out to Chestermere last night. Still a few bumps here and there, but a much nicer ride out now that that’s been smoothed out #yycbike

Why, are they building another arena?

Was going to joke after seeing new pavement on the Chestermere pathway that the next step was to repave Fish Creek, assuming that such a thing would never get done. Was shocked to find yesterday it appears they’re doing just that #yycbike
