Nearly 2 years after my parents opened their small business on 2610 State Ave, Kansas City, KS, their restaurant was broken into. They have always been committed to our community, feeding the unhoused, donating to local organizations, & paying their workers a living wage.

This is heartbreaking, especially considering they’re an immigrant-owned business already navigating anti-immigrant laws & racism. If you can, please support them. They serve some of the BEST tacos in Kansas City and deserve all the love from their community ❤️
