There is nothing to suggest AP is a top manager. He was nearly 60 before he managed in a top 5 league - and has spent his career managing in famers leagues. But because he says “mate” in interviews the media seem to go easy on him.

I am so desperate to be wrong - as we don’t want a league where the same team wins the title 6,7,8 times in a row - but nobody are stoping City this season are they?
