There is a new BBQ spot in Arlington Virginia!! Of course I saw it on my timeline, & what got my attention is that this BBQ is all Halal (prayed over, acceptable food in the Islamic culture)!! Nuff said…LET’S GO!!

While running a few errands, I noticed this food truck in the CUT (a secluded area). I had to stop to see what this truck was all about. I found out that they had made with love breakfast food!! Let’s GO!!

This food truck is know for their tamales. I peeped them a while back scrolling on my social medias. Once I saw what they had to offer…I pulled up!! It’s that simple!! Let’s GO!!

There is a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, AND a Smash burger spot all in one place!! As soon as saw it on my timeline, I gassed up the V-8, & took that flight to Manassas VA!! Oh it’s all Halal too!! Let’s GO!!

So I’m at a festival (Trio Fest), and I see a spot I’ve been wanting to try for a while now!! Every time I see their egg rolls, I want one!! This meeting was divine intervention!! Let’s GO!!

Look here, I’m at a whole spot reviewing right. I got recognized by a patron, & they were adamant about me hitting this other spot on Georgia Ave. Guess what? I pulled up!!

I came across this spot on my timeline, looked at their menu, & got immediately interested!! Good folks…GET HERE!! Trust what I’m saying…LET’S GO!!

Good Folks I was invited to be a JUDGE for the Hyatt’s Good Taste Regional Competition Mid-Atlantic!! This was such an honor!! We had 6 chefs, they chose items from a mystery box, they cooked, we ate, we judged, & had 1 winner!! Let’s GO!!

*IMPORTANT POST* Good Folks!! This swanky music bar, & agave lounge is in the midst of closing down. I looked at their menu, seen that the owner is Native Washingtonian, & I pulled up!! D.C. the food is STAMPED here!! PULL UP!!

I got a DM from this cake spot. They wanted me to try their cakes. I said “Ok”. I pulled up, got them jonts, then me, & the family WENT IN!! It’s that simple. *Spoiler Alert* Every last one of their pound cakes was STAMPED!! REAL!!

Yep…I’m back at Doro Soul Food!! Why? Well first off it’s one of my go to spots in D.C. PERIOD. Second off…they now have WINGS!! I had to try them…nuff said…LET’S GO!!

So this carry out in Baltimore called me, & asked me to pull up. So I did just that!! They said that they’re open all night, no social media presence, & they make things from scratch!! They don’t have Let’s go see!!

I was super excited to hit this spot that won a Rammy for the hottest sandwich of 2024!! The food in here is definitely STAMPED, however the service threw me off. Treating every customer the same…is important to me…
