Looks like Harare City Council diverted huge resources meant for refuse collection trucks and bought these trucks used for impounding cars on alleged parking traffic violations. How about if they can use this money on scapping these streets, make them inaccessible to private cars

We need to do a lot more on our rail system or else the billions we are spending on road rehabilitation will be a waste as more and more passenger and heavy goods trucks use the road networks.
